Cala Blanca is a beatiful cove of sand, stone and rocks located in Santa Ponça,Calvià. It is a place close to Santa Ponça beach and therefore less crowded.

How to get there

We will take exit 17, Santa Ponça.

We will continue along Rey Jaume I Avenue. We get to a roundabout and we follow the second exit along Rey Jaume I Av.

We will find another roundabout, taking again the second exit and continuing along Rey Jaume I Av. At the third roundabout we will take the first exit on the right (Gran Vía del Puig de Galatzó) and we will follow it until the next roundabout.

At this roundabout, we will take the second exit (so we will continue along the coast)onto Ramón de Montcada street, until we sight, on the left, a way towards Huguet d'es Far street, which we will take, once the way is past, to the right.

We will move forward until we are able to see, on the left and at the top of a small hill, a white chapel. At its foot there is an enabled car park. We will leave the vehicle and follow the access by some enabled stairs.

About Calvià
Calvià is a Majorcan municipality bordered by Puigpunyent, Estellencs and Palma. At present it is the second most populated area of the entire Balearic archipelago after Palma, and also one of the areas with a large tourist influx. There are approximately 300 days of sunshine and its average temperature is of 27 degrees Celsius in summer and 14 in winter. Its coastline extends from Cabo Andritxol to the area of Ca's Català, Ses Illetes. It is 54 km long with numerous beaches and coves apart from 10 islets. It is provided with a hotel option of more than 230 establishments including luxury hotels, rural houses, marinas, golf courses, athletics tracks, a water park, areas to practise hiking and tennis academies.
