Cala Barques is a beautiful sandy cove with rocks at the ends, located in the resort of Cala San Vicente, in Pollença. It has lovely views to the cliffs in the area.

The area of Cala san Vicente is usually full of seaweed in summer. It is usual to find large crowds and limited space.

How to get there
- 1From Pollença
Leave Pollensa via the Ma 2200 towards the Port of Pollensa.
- 2Detour to Cala Sant Vicenç
After about 1.6 km we will follow a left turning indicating Cala Sant Vicenç.
- 3Cala Sant vicenç
We will drive through the village along its main avenue. When reaching the coast we will see a parking area where we can park.
- 4Cala Barques to the left
We will walk a few metres to the left, Cala Barques is going down some small access stairs.

About Pollença
Pollença is a town in the island of Majorca, bordering on Escorca, Campanet, Alcudia and Sa Pobla, with about 20,000 inhabitants which has one of the richest histories in the Mediterranean Sea events.
