The beach
Cala Figuera is a lovely cove of stones located about 10 km far from the Port of Pollença. It is a quiet cove of crystal clear waters and with beautiful views to the cliffs in the area.
Notes
Months of July and August the road is closed from the parking of Formentor beach (Cala Pi de la posada) to the lighthouse from 10:00 to 19:00. At the time of the closed road, you can arrive by bus line 353, which starts at formentor beach. You can also get there from the port of Pollença with line 353 and transfer. Single ticket 1.55.S hort walk but we recommend good footwear. The parking area is a plot.

How to get there
- 1From Puerto Pollença
Situated at the fist roundabout of the town (characterized by having a seaplane) coming from Pollença, we will take the third exit towards Formentor (through the ring road)
- 2Towards Formentor
Once we have gone past the three roundabouts we will be coming across, just at the last one (right beside there is a football field) we will start the ascent towards Formentor.
- 3Arrive at Formentor
Whenever we reach the top we will find the viewpoint of La Creueta. Once at the top we will start the descent towards Formentor, about 3kms, until we get to the entrance to the resort.
- 4Continue towards the lighthouse
On the left we will have the road to the lighthouse of Formentor, following it to cover about 2.5 km.
- 5Park
The cove access will be on our left continuing towards the lighthouse. We will go past the possession of Cala Murta and about 200 metres forward we will find a parking area which can also be used if we want to visit Cala Murta or Cala Figuera.
- 6Path
At the parking lot we will find the cove access, having a considerable rest. A good footwear is convenient. You can't miss the way.
