The beach
Sa Fauç is a cove of rocks 5 km east from Colonia de Sant Jordi or to the west from El Far de ses Salines. Sa Fauç belongs to Santanyí.It is within walking distance, though it must be a 40 or 50 minute walk. It is best reached by boat.

How to get there
- 1from Campos
Leave Campos driving along ma 6040 road towards Colònia de San Jordi.
- 2Colònia de Sant Jordi
Once at colònia de San Jordi follow the main road (Marqués del Palmer Avenue) up to Figueres street to the left.
- 3Park
Park the vehicle at the end of Figueres street and continue along an enabled passage between the houses which for its part leads to a walkway to the beach
- 4Walking
We will continue walking through several beaches and coves approximately 5 km.
- 5Or from Ses Salines Lighthouse
It can also be reached from El Far de Ses Salines, we must walk to the west (right looking at the sea) and follow 2 more km from El Caracol beach.

About Santanyí
Santanyí is a Majorcan municipality that belongs to the Migjorn region. It borders on Ses Salines, Campos and Felanitx. It is famous for having very touristic coves such as Cala Mondragó and Cala d'Or as well as coastal urban nuclei like Portopetro, Cala d'Or or Cala Llombards. In Santanyí there is an important cheese and ice cream industry, most of them of artisan production. In Santanyí we can highlight its area for water sports in Portopetro, Cala Figuera and Cala d'Or or practising golf in the vicinity of Cala d'Or. The Mondragó nature reserve with its ecosystem variety can also be visited. Noteworthy in Santanyí is its cultural richness: being the most significant in architecture the 14th and 16th century Porta Murada, The Sant Andreu church from the 18th century and the remains of the talaiotic culture.
