The beach
Cala Mesquida is a beach with white sand and crystal clear water about 4 km from Mahon. It has an area of buoys limiting the area for bathers. To the north you can see a small mountain and a little further on there is another swimming area: Sa Raconada Vella.

The signposted restaurant is not on the beach itself, but in a nearby development. From the beach you can see one of the biggest defence towers in Menorca, which was built by the British in the early 19th century. The indicated restaurant is not on the beach itself but at the nearby development. How to get there
- 1From Mahón
Reach Mahón from the Me-7 and follow the signs to the Port (Puerto).We will go through a long "roundabout" but we will see the signs clearly.
- 2Roundabout
We will reach the roundabout that connects Mahón to the Me-5 (in case we reach this roundabout by thisroad) and we have to follow the signs towards Sa Mesquida.
- 3Sa Mesquida
At every intersection we must follow the signs towards Sa Mesquida, we will pass through the main street of this development and when leaving it behind and going along the same street we will see the parking on the left. Park here. Follow the street up to the the end on foot, there are no more than 400 metres.
