The beach
Platja d'es Bot is a beautiful white sand beach in a protected area north of Ciutadella: La Vall, one of the best preserved areas of Menorca. Along the way we can see wooded areas, with white pines and oaks. The road is narrow and it is advisable to go at low speed.
Notes
First, we must reach Platja d'es Tancats, then take a path east for a few minutes and so reach Platja d'es Bot. The signposted toilets are those in Platja d'es Tancats. Both beaches together form Playa de Algaiarens. First, we must reach Platja d'es Tancats to then take a second path for a few mintues to the east and thus reach Platja d'es Bot. The indicated restrooms are at Platja d'es Tancats. The two beaches together form Playa de Algaiarens.

How to get there
- 1From Ciutadella
Go in the direction of Cala Morell. At the last roundabouts before leaving Ciutadella we can already see some informational sign about the car park. We will see the parking lot as the Valley. We will find the beach by following the directions to Algaiarens, which is the name of the bay, the two beaches of Es Tancats and Es Bot.
- 2Continue towards Algaiarens
We will always follow the directions to the beaches of Algaiarens. They will take us to the car park just 5 minutes from the sand of Es Tancat beach, but you need to continue to the right for a few more minutes along another path to reach Es Bot beach.
