The beach
Cap d'és Gegant is a rocky area near this cove, it is not the official name of this swimming area and we have not found any other. This place is frequented by very few young people who know the area, hidden and only two houses have another possible access.
Notes
Part of the access to the cove is very dangerous, since for six meters of the path you have to walk around a precipice and hang onto a rope. Sandy and rocky bottom, we recommend water shoes.

How to get there
- 1Autovia de Ponent exit no. 13
Leave the Palma - Andratx motorway at exit 13, towards Palmanova.
- 2Roundabouts and Ma-1C
We will find several roundabouts and we must continue towards Son Caliu and Portals Nous on the Ma-1C road. Don't deviate until you reach a roundabout and see the sign for "Punta Negra". From exit 13 to this turnoff is approximately 1.5 km.
- 3Carrer Punta Negra
We enter Calle Punta Negra. Once in this street, we have to take the first street on our left. It's a dead end. We can park on this road and look for a path about halfway down the street, which continues towards the sea. On this pedestrian path there is a disc prohibiting the passage of motorcycles.
- 4path
We continue the path until it starts to be dirt. We have to skirt the fence of the house on our right. You have to reach a precipice, be very careful here: We have to cling to the yarn and continue to skirt about six meters. Then there is a perfectly equipped ladder to go down to the cove.
