The beach
Platja de s Hostalet is an area that includes a little more than 130 meters of coastline but has very little space from the seafront to the house at the back. It is a protected beach facing East. In the evening the whole area is shaded thanks to the pine trees behind the beach.
Notes
You can access it from two different beaches and then go along the coast: One is Costa d'en Blanes beach and the other from Punta d'es Carregador. There are several small caves, although it is not recommended to enter due to the instability of the terrain.

How to get there
- 1Autovia de Ponent exit no. 13
Leave the Palma - Andratx motorway at exit 13, towards Palmanova.
- 2Roundabouts and Ma-1C
We will find several roundabouts and we must continue towards Son Caliu and Portals Nous on the Ma-1C road. Don't deviate until you reach a roundabout and see the sign for "Punta Negra". From exit 13 to this turnoff is approximately 1.5 km.
- 3Carrer Punta Negra
We enter Calle Punta Negra. Once there, we must take the first street on our left. It's a dead end. We can park on this street and look for the path at the end of the street that continues towards the sea. Don't confuse the path, there is another halfway down the street that will take us to another very different cove that is not connected.
- 4path
The path makes a bend, then it seems to go down a slope but it cuts off right at the end of the houses. There is a tree at the end of our path, it can be climbed down by several jumps, there are two ropes that will help us climb later. You can go with small children as long as we help them.
- 5Continue coasting to the left
When we reach the first beach we must continue along the coast to the left. We will have to climb the rocks at the end of the first beach, but it is simple. The rest of the way is even simpler. In 5 minutes we will arrive at Platja de s Hostalet.
